Refunds

Refunds for Services

We provide no refunds for services sold on our Site.

Cancellation Policy

At REMEDIAL LAB we understand day to day schedules can change and the unexpected can happen. If you do need to cancel your appointment please ensure you give at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your treatment a 50% charge will apply.

A no show to your appointment will result in a full charge of your treatment total.

Frequent cancellations or failure to show up to your appointments with in the 24 hours notice may require REMEDIAL LAB to have prepayment before any future bookings.

If an emergency or an unexpected event happens please contact us with as much notice as possible and we will discuss options with you.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Teris and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
